Using the site
AnyTool Studio provides free tools that run entirely in your browser to view, convert, and edit files you choose to open. You may use these tools for personal or commercial purposes, at your own risk, without signing up or paying.
Your responsibility for your files
You are solely responsible for the files, text, and data you process with these tools, and for having the right to use and modify them. Because nothing is uploaded, AnyTool Studio has no ability to see, store, or recover your files — always keep your own backup before making changes.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Client-side processing can occasionally produce unexpected results depending on your browser, device, and input file — verify important output before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyTool Studio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from your use of the site or its tools.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to process unlawful content, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what your browser's own developer tools allow, or to misrepresent your use of it. Automated or excessive use that degrades the service for other visitors may be restricted.
Intellectual property
The AnyTool Studio name, logo, and site design belong to AnyTool Studio. The files you process remain entirely yours — the site claims no rights over them, since it never receives them.
Third-party components
Some tools use open-source libraries (for example pdf-lib, Tesseract.js, and pptxgenjs) that run locally in your browser under their own open-source licenses; no third-party service ever receives your files. See the Privacy Policy for the limited, aggregate analytics the site itself collects.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated occasionally, with the new date posted on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
